No Nice Day Gets Wasted

Today, when David dropped Jacob off at the bus, the bus driver told him they are having a little epidemic of Scarlet Fever at the school. He is having to dis-infect the bus twice a day. Last time the school had a little epidemic (Strep Throat) they didn't send a note home until after Jacob got sick with it. So here is my question, am I over-reacting if I don't send him to school for the rest of the week? I really don't want the baby to catch it. He is kind of sick already and with a weakened immune system........I don't know, what do you think?

Even They Think They are Monkeys

I was showing the boys the new pics of monkeys I have on the blog today. Usually when we call them monkeys they laugh and yell no were boys and stuff like that. Today when I told them the pics were of them, they said "Ya, that's us" totally serious. They started picking out who was who. So now I am thinking we don't have enough mirrors in the house......

Week Two at the Water Street House

On Thursday, the boys and I went to the beach to see Nana & Poppa. We had lots of fun visiting and soaking the stairs. (Sorry Grandma) But now that the carpet cleaner is working better, courtesy of David, we won't soak them again but actually clean them! ;) Anyway, here are the pics of the lot after this last weeks work. Rumor has it they are going to pour concrete this week and Nana and Poppa may come, depending on how they feel, Saturday to see the new progress.
